Jeff’s 30 years of global real estate experience includes principal investment, capital raising, troubled debt restructuring and risk management.Since 2007, Jeff has raised capital for and underwritten deals over £1.0 bn of investment in the UK; sourcing and funding acquisitions, refinancing, development and seeding of a new platform. Capital was sourced from US, UK and European investors.
His background is grounded in senior risk officer and board level positions at Citibank, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers and the US Treasury. Jeff spent five years in the early 90’s as a banking regulator focused on restructuring real estate portfolios at US regional and multi- national banks.For the past 10 years he was a FSA/FCA Approved Person for risk and investment management. Jeff earned his Finance degree from George Mason University and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University. |
